Terms and Conditions of Sale (International Customers Only)
Art. 1 - INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions constitute a legal document establishing the rights and obligations of the person purchasing (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) the goods offered by Tutto Militare through this Website.
Products are supplied under these general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any other terms proposed by the Customer. Any variation or amendment to these terms must be approved in writing by Tutto Militare.
Art. 2 - ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS AND SALES TERRITORY
The terms contained on this Website apply exclusively to end consumers (final customers).
This Website sells and ships exclusively outside the Italian territory.
Orders with delivery address located in Italy will not be accepted and will be cancelled.
For the purposes of these terms, “Consumer” means a natural person who, in relation to the contract, acts for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Art. 3 - LEGAL AGE AND CAPACITY
To place an order through this Website, the Customer must have the legal capacity required by the laws applicable in their country of residence. In general, this means being at least 18 years old. If the Customer is under legal age, any order must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.
Art. 4 - ONLINE ORDERS: SHOPPING CART PURCHASES
Items offered on this Website cannot be ordered by phone.
Availability shown on the Website refers to stock information. Purchases must be completed through registration on the Website by creating an account profile and paying for the selected products placed in the cart.
Certain items, marked with a restriction symbol (*), may be subject to additional verification requirements depending on the nature of the product and the destination country regulations.
If required, the Customer may be asked to provide documentation to confirm eligibility to purchase certain restricted items, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.
Once verification is completed, our staff may remove the purchase restriction and notify the Customer by email.
After adding products to the cart, the Customer must follow the checkout procedure, entering their first and last name, shipping address, and completing the purchase by accepting these terms and selecting the preferred payment method.
Available payment methods include PayPal, credit card (also available via PayPal without creating an account), and bank transfer.
Requests to cancel an order after purchase and payment may result in the order being refused and the Customer being restricted from future purchases, especially in cases of repeated cancellations or abuse.
Art. 5 - ORDER PROCESSING
Tutto Militare staff, where necessary, may contact the Customer by phone or email to request additional information to properly manage the order.
For certain categories of items (such as identification insignia, badges, or uniform-related accessories), additional verification may be required prior to order approval. If the required documentation is not provided, the order may not be processed.
The wording “Only Online” shown in some product pages indicates that the item may not be available in stock and can be ordered by the Customer. Where delivery times are indicated, they will be shown on the product page; in any case, delivery will occur within a reasonable timeframe depending on production and international shipping conditions.
Art. 6 - PAYMENT METHODS
Online purchases require advance payment for both products and shipping. The amount is automatically calculated by the system.
The following payment methods are available:
- international bank transfer (details provided during checkout or upon request)
- credit card via secure PayPal server
- credit card via PayWay server (where available)
- PayPal (with or without a PayPal account, depending on the payment flow)
PayPal is a secure payment method allowing Customers to complete transactions by using a PayPal account or, in some cases, by paying with a credit card without creating an account.
Upon receipt of payment confirmation (immediate with PayPal, processing times may apply for bank transfers), Tutto Militare will proceed with shipment and will notify the Customer with the invoice and tracking details.
⚠️ Refunds for payments not linked to valid orders
If TuttoMilitare receives payments (e.g. bank transfers) that are not linked to any valid order placed through the e-commerce Website, the payment will be refunded.
Warning: this refund operation is not free of charge. A fixed fee of €5.00 will be retained, in addition to any bank or payment processing fees charged by the financial institution or payment circuit used.
Art. 7 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped exclusively to destinations outside Italy via international courier services (e.g. DHL or equivalent) with tracking.
Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country, parcel size, and operational constraints. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, peak seasons, or local courier conditions.
The cost of international shipping is always borne by the Customer and is calculated automatically by the system based on destination and parcel weight/volume.
Products labelled “ONLY ONLINE” are not stocked items and may be custom-made or produced upon request. Production time may require no less than 20 business days before shipment.
Unauthorized returns or returns shipped using couriers different from the one indicated in the return instructions email may result in a handling fee/penalty equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
For all shipments to non-EU countries (outside the European Union), please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
The courier (e.g. DHL) will contact the recipient directly for the management and payment of such charges. We are unable to predict the exact amount, as it depends on local regulations in the destination country.
We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing an order.
Art. 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Where permitted by applicable consumer laws in the Customer’s country of residence, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of delivery, without penalty and without providing any reason.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE AND LOSS OF RIGHT
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending a written notice within the above deadline to the certified email address @ pec. tutto militare . com or to the registered office of T.M. - Tutto Militare di Santucci A. & C. - sas, Via Aquileia 18, 33100 Udine, Italy, by registered mail with return receipt.
Within 14 days from sending the withdrawal notice, the Customer must return the goods, intact and unused, at their own expense to the address indicated above.
Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
Failure to comply with these deadlines and conditions will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
The purchase price will be refunded via bank transfer to the Customer, net of shipping costs and any taxes or charges, where applicable.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
Art. 9 - RETURNS POLICY
Items that are different from what was ordered or defective may be returned free of charge to Tutto Militare. We will agree with the Customer whether to replace the product at no cost or provide a full refund, including return-to-warehouse costs for the purchased items.
Once returned items have been received, they will be inspected and the refund will be processed. If the Customer paid by credit card, the refunded amount may be available within 10 days and may appear on the next statement; processing times may vary depending on the card provider.
Refunds for PayPal payments will be issued once the goods are received and their integrity has been verified.
If the Customer paid by bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. The Customer may be asked to provide the IBAN or bank details by email.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the refunded amount due to exchange rate variations will not be reimbursed.
If Customers are not satisfied with the order for any reason, they may return unused goods within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
Customers must follow the RETURNS POLICY as described below: Returned items must not be worn, altered, or washed, and any sign of use will not be accepted. Shoe soles must show no imperfections and must be in perfect condition.
Returned items must include the original packaging received with the order and all accessories (hangers, garment covers, bags). If the returned items are shoes or other accessories, they must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used, or damaged, as well as the external shipping packaging.
In case of an incorrect order, wrong items, or defective goods supplied by Tutto Militare, the Customer must contact our returns service (info @ tuttomilitare. com) and follow the instructions described above.
IMPORTANT:
Returns of items that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted.
Art. 10 - PRODUCT PRICES
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. Any changes in VAT regulations or other sales taxes may result in price changes.
Art. 11 - COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Art. 12 - PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE
The data provided when placing an order will be processed using appropriate security measures and will not be disclosed outside our company. However, the data may be communicated to public authorities for compliance with legal obligations, to trusted consultants and professionals for tax/accounting activities or for managing disputes, and to financial institutions for the management of collections and payments.
The Customer may exercise their rights (access, deletion, rectification, objection, etc.) in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The Data Controller will be “T.M. - Tutto Militare di Santucci A. & C. - sas”, based in Udine, Via Aquileia 18, 33100 Udine, Italy, represented by Dr. Alessandro Santucci.
Art. 13 - IMPORTANT
“T.M. - Tutto Militare” reserves the right to confirm whether the requested goods are available. Not all items are stocked, as some are offered for sale through suppliers or produced upon request.
For product descriptions containing “GOLD/SILVER/BRONZE”, this refers to the grade of the decoration or medal and not necessarily its material composition.
Art. 14 - TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
The contract shall be considered automatically terminated if the Customer fails to pay the amount due within 10 days from the sending of our email notification. In case of termination, without prejudice to the right of Tutto Militare s.a.s. to claim damages, shipping and/or recovery costs, any insurance costs, and any applicable taxes shall be borne by the Customer.
Art. 15 - APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE
This purchase contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Data Controller’s country of establishment, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer’s country apply.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation, application of these terms, performance of the contract and mutual obligations shall be subject to the competent courts as required by applicable law.
Art. 16 - IMAGE REPRODUCTION
In accordance with applicable copyright laws, reproduction of images contained in the “Catalog” without prior authorization from “Tutto Militare” s.a.s. is prohibited, as well as any use other than individual and private consultation.
Art. 17 - UNFAIR TERMS
Without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules, the Customer expressly declares to approve the clauses contained in Articles 1 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 11 - 13 - 14 - 16.
