Non appena gli articoli saranno stati restituiti saranno controllati e verrà eseguito il rimborso. Se il Cliente ha pagato con Carta di Credito, l'importo rimborsato sarà disponibile in 10 giorni e visualizzabile nell'estratto conto del mese successivo a quello di acquisto; il tempo di elaborazione può cambiare in base alla compagnia della carta di credito.
Il rimborso del pagamento avvenuto con Paypal avverrà appena ricevuta la merce e dopo averne controllato l'integrità.
Nel caso in cui il Cliente abbia pagato tramite Bonifico Bancario la somma verrà rimborsata al conto originale, previa comunicazione del codice IBAN che il cliente dovrà comunicare a mezzo posta elettronica.
I rimborsi saranno effettuati nella stessa valuta dell'acquisto originale. Qualsiasi differenza nell'importo rimborsato dipende dalle variazioni del tasso di cambio e non sarà perciò rimborsata.
Se i clienti non sono soddisfatti dell'ordine per qualsiasi ragione, hanno la possibilità di far rientrare la merce non utilizzata entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna. La spese di restituzione saranno a carico dell'acquirente.
